Just print them upright, raised off the bed with supports. The spacer can be printed directly on the bed without support. Print these parts slowly and theyll be perfectly round in most cases if your printer is set up right. Centre bore should be drilled out to 5.1 or 5.2mm, any restriction here will make your steering stiff. The bearing seat in each part may need to be reamed after printing to make it perfect to take the bearings. Just make sure they seat properly and sit flat. Print from Polycarbonate for strength or ASA for a combination of strength and impact resistance. Any screw that taps its own thread will need to be heated preferably. Boiling water should do it.
