FULL CAR PACK NOW LIVE! - https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-model-packs/kyosho-lazer-zxr-zxrr-full-car-pack-with-some-mod-parts
All parts of the Kyosho Lazer ZX and ZXR labelled in the kit as LA29.The collar is used in the steering under the main steering arms. The shock mount is for the original shocks to push onto on the top mounting point only. The servo mount is self explanatory. The top arms.... there is the original size and shape and I have included a beefed up modified one.Print the top arms as they come with the top level and facing up. Print them raised off the bed by about 8 or 10mm so you have a good support underneath. When finished, run a 2.5 or 2.8mm drill bit through the end and then tap it with an M3 tap. If you run the tap back and forward carefully it will heat up as you do it making it easier and less likely to crack. The beefed up top arm is to make it easier to fit the ball into the socket. You need a 5.8mm ball with a 3mm hole (unthreaded) and the procedure to fit the ball is as follows _1 - Put the newly printed top arm in boiling water for 2 minutes2 - Put a small amount of teflon grease on the ball and set it on the TOP of the hole3 - Use a pair of bull nose pliers to squeeze the ball in place and then move it around to distribute the grease. This is probably going to need to be a strong filament like Polycarbonate, ASA or PA12 nylon so ensure you have a printer with an enclosure, preferably heated. Please see my YouTube video explaining all of these parts - https://youtu.be/A3WvQG3Msh0?si=Ly0Qf-x2fp1rYVGSI
