These files are designed to be cut with a CNC router. I have 3D printed them and they came out ok, whether theyre strong enough to run the car made out of plastic I dont know. The photos show what size to drill the holes out to. I have explained on most of my designs that I make the holes purposely small so you can drill them to the exact size. With differences in machines its possible that a hole with exact dimension may come out too loose for some so its better to have material to remove rather than need material that cant be replaced. There are 4 files for each MK1 and MK2. 2mm and 3mm thicknesses. I have cut these from carbon fibre and theyre correct and look good when fitted.
