FULL CAR PACK NOW LIVE! - https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-model-packs/kyosho-lazer-zxr-zxrr-full-car-pack-with-some-mod-parts
I have provided front and rear STEP files and STL files. STEP files are a better resolution.I will eventually upload all files for this car and probably do a whole car pack with every plastic part, all Carbon Fibre parts, window masks and even some of the alloy parts that ive modelled so you can have them machined professionally or make them yourself if you have the equipment. I am 99% there with this it will just take a little more time with testing certain parts like LA7 and LAW4. I also have some modified parts I have created although I havent gone crazy with that as I am more of a fan of the original car. Rubrix Racing are now doing Lazer ZX/ZXR parts so if you want some really nice machined parts please visit their website for top quality products. If you want to 3D print Kyosho Lazer parts at home then youre in the right place. You can also send these parts off and have them printed commercially which I can highly recommend. All of these parts have been printed in various filaments and resins and fitted and test fitted on my own cars, I have also created a totally 3D printed Lazer ZXR and a ZX with these parts. You may have to fiddle about to figure out the best way of positioning them on the plate for the best strength and for most filament i would recommend heating the screws before screwing them in, I use boiling water. Probably also worth tapping the machine screw holes with the appropriate sized tap too. Please see the Youtube video here - https://youtu.be/A3WvQG3Msh0?si=Ly0Qf-x2fp1rYVGSI - I have had the best results with CC3D Polycarbonate filament and Flashforge ASA. ASA is stronger than ABS but slightly less impact resistant and Polycarbonate is incredibly strong but has very little impact resistance. For these filaments you will need a printer with an enclosure.
