Do you need a complete and fully rigged cannon for animation or game?

Fairly new with 3-D. Not familiar with 'Rigged" model designation. Can you explain the difference?

Sure Ronc,

it means that can be animated because of its movable parts and it is not a static object. If you see the vimeo video you can see what I mean,
it can be used as 3D props for games and animation too :)
