This model is the third in a series of 1/245th scale waterline static tugboat models I am making for a customer. As it is so small, the details are not as robust as my larger models. But these models look the part and make great desk decorations!

The Capt Brian A McAllister is a 100 ft tug boat designed by Jensen Naval Archictects and Marine Engineers, and employed by McAllister Towing. The same construction is used on several tugs of the McAllister name, operating all along the East coast of the US. While there are a few small details that differ between hulls, this model is specifically designed after photos of the Capt Brian A McAllister.

Due to the small size, I highly recommend using a .2mm nozzle for FDM printing. (However it CAN be done with a .4mm nozzle.)
