Quote from CGT refund policy: "Note that on CGTrader, customers purchase products directly from artists, and CGTrader guarantees money refund only for products bought from sellers with Quality Guarantee status."

Curious how one supposed to know does particular seller has Quality Guarantee status or not? I tried to look for such info in designers profile as well as on products page, but didn't manage to find anything.

Aaaaand that's something we've discussed today as well! Long story short - we need to update our policy a little bit - and it will definitely be done this week.

regarding the abusive and completely injustfied refunds of TS, this button would encourage "customers" to get products free. refunds must be evaluated by the TS team.
