Recent sales not showing up in sales

I got email and notification that two of my models were sold today.
But they don't show up in sales or the amount doesn't show up in monthly sales.
Why?

Hi there,
Please take notice that the sales in question were added to your account earlier today, however, with a date of the 29th of September as it was a custom enterprise order. You and everyone involved will find out that everything is calculated correctly by visiting your Sales list: https://www.cgtrader.com/profile/sales
Since the order was assigned to September sales, final royalties were added to the upcoming October payouts.
