Payment Agreement form problem ,I cant update Agreement & form

In order to receive payments, please fill out the form and submit the agreement.
We are currently processing payouts. Once done, you will be able to fill out your payment agreement to start receiving your earned income.

This message shows this but there is not a single form available moreover I tried to contact to the support but I am unable to connect and don't know how to sign the agreement as it shows. Not a single update is there.

how can i cantact with customer care with live chat

i am also facing the same problem and ii uploaded 4 time my documents but still showing the payout problem is there any way to fix it or how can i update it

We are currently processing payouts, therefore payment agreements are locked. You will be able to sign your payment agreement once payment process will be done (around 20th day).
