That has to be the most disrespectful reply !
All they had to do was say ''my bad here is the missing files '' done deal.
The whole calling you a kid was just silly.

Yea. Ive bought some models that the creators did mess up on but pretty much all of them were very helpful and quick to resolve any issues I had. This has prob been the worst seller I've ever dealt with. Honestly seeing what's going on now, I'm not even sure that is their model. They haven't sent any textures for the model either. Just dipped out. Im in contact with support now tho.

Message the support, ask for refund. There's no need to financially support the freak who don't know how to communicate with his customers.
