Only been selling here for about 6 weeks, and to be honest, not that impressed.
Just hoped anyone could answer this query....
Buyer approached me about one of my models asking for a discount code - not even sure what that is, some mailed back accordingly that I had no idea, and the price was what I was asking.
Couple of days later, said Buyer purchases the item $20. - All good.
Couple of days later, I see the item was refunded. - Not contact, no mail from GCTrader - just issued.
Reason I could see was that the images didn't look like the model, which was weird as they were screen captured from my build plate... No AI extras etc.
Is this normal? - Can a buyer just request a refund without communication from CGTrader or the seller?
If so...I'm off.
