I just made 15 sales in 5 seconds... how is this even possible?

I asked CGtrader support about the issue and received the following response. I don't understand what happened, can anyone explain?

"These purchases were made by one of our verified enterprise clients under a bulk licensing agreement. In such cases, discounts of up to 70% may apply depending on your account settings, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions (section 18.11). This is a standard process for enterprise buyers purchasing in volume.

Also, please note that these purchases were processed yesterday, but due to the way enterprise transactions are handled, they may only appear on your dashboard later. This is expected behavior.

Rest assured, the sales are legitimate and will be added to your overall sales volume. No action is needed on your side.

In your informative reply, you mentioned the terms and conditions for such purchases.
Since its been a month now, May I ask - what time frame do such clients have to actually pay for what they purchased?
Do you allow them to delay payment for as long as they want?

I'd also like to highlight something quite interesting.
I've never opted into any promotions (NEVER) — in fact, I set my preferences to avoid them right from the start of my time on CGTrader. Yet somehow, about three weeks ago, I had the pleasure of discovering that my settings had magically changed, and two of my models were sold at a 20% and a whopping 50% discount (on 2025-04-24 & 2025-04-11).

Thankfully, I caught it before it got worse — and reset everything the moment I noticed the issue.
Of course, no notification about this change was properly sent to my email or shown clearly in the dashboard.

Now, why would I bring this up here, you ask?
Well, isn’t it just a fascinating coincidence, considering this whole “CGT-clients” situation?

Please note that although these purchases were processed several days ago, enterprise transactions are handled differently and may take additional time to appear in your dashboard. This is expected behavior.

At this stage, the order should appear as "Awaiting payment from buyer." Once the order is fully processed, the corresponding sales amount will be added to your account automatically.

Rest assured, the sales are legitimate and will contribute to your overall sales volume. No action is required on your part.

I received the payment today.

Same happened to me. All from "cgt-clients". Sold for a small fraction of the initial price.

To anyone who don't want to sell their models to enterprise clients in bulk at heavily discounted rate, just go to my sales>discounts, scroll to the very bottom and uncheck everything under maximize your earnings.

what is happening to the cgtrader? ive got 46 sales within a minute from a “cgt-clients”. and not all the sales listed in the sales page.

Hopefully the sales all go through and the customer(s) are legitimate. There recently have been several accounts that were using stolen credit cards.

I received the payment as well. And interestingly, seeing notifications of new "cgt-clients" purchases but they do not show up on sales and no money added either, wonder whats up with that

Are completely crazy? Where is the money from sales? How long do I have to wait? This is the height of impudence.

13 models sold on May 14 2025 - 5 days later, sales still does not appear in the monthly summary, and the payment hasn't been credited ...

I got one sale from them, i think they are going to use our model for AI thing, because from all of my models they only buy the only one without "no ai" license

couple of months back someone has also mention same in Forums and CG trader official has told its possibly from Cgtrader,
Thought i got some fake sales on blender market from (fraudulent credit card), ( no where to know , until its credited to hyper wallet )
