    "Payment Reversal - No Cardholder Authorization"

    That's a pain, I know a lot of other CGTrader users are experiencing those same scams or whatever, but it's been a while and it's still happening.

    I mean, I know it's hard to counter those kind of scams but the staff could at least make do a check of who is the cardholder or something, it would be nice.

    Keep an eye on file sharing sites - your models might start appearing on there. I had a sale refunded & the files purchased were on nitroflare, cgnulled,filenext to name a but a few. I put in some DMCA requests & most of them have been removed.

    in my case this is some video tutorial with password. and I not relase the password for see the video and use the 3ds max file....

    Mine was from Brazil too. The user was: karenelizabethdasilva they have been removed now. CGtrader should somehow password protect all the archives - it might stop some of the thieves out there.

    unfortunately the credit cards can be stolen, it is not reputable to cgtrader, my transaction was also controlled by the staf and everything seemed ok, but after a few weeks we discovered the scam, and even if you delete an account you can make a new one in 5 minutes.
