Assuming you have your PayPal connected to CG trader, so as of today it is 1 USD = 69.96 INR, you can check it on your PayPal itself on the money section. Also, PayPal conversion is usually a few rupees less than what it shows on google.

Yes, the rupee equivalent to $1 USD is 73.26 currently. It should transfer to your currency in your paypal or whatever payment method you use.
