It would be really nice if customers would leave more reviews.
I sometimes have sent messages to customers like "if you have any issue with the model, please let me know. If you have time, would you consider leaving a review?". But nobody ever leaves a review.
If you buy product and like it, please consider review.

I have left comments and reviews, all positive, but I can't seem to leave a review for a free item. It is really nice to try a designers item for free to get a feel for the product, so I sure appreciate them. If anyone knows how to leave a review for something given for free I'd like to know how.
It's not possible to leave review for a free model, but you can leave a comment instead.

The problem could be that its incredibly hard to figure out how to leave a review. I have been looking all over the site to discover how, so I googled 'how to leave a review on cgtrader' and I came across this post (which is not even what I wanted) but I thought I would just say, leaving reviews isn't as straight forward as it should, and that might be the reason for so few reviews.
Well I guess if you can't, a comment can help. It really goes a long way in boosting confidence

Customers are probably too lazy. I have for example only 1 rating from year 2013. :D
It would be interesting to encourage customers to rate for example by giving automatic 3% discount for any review or by earning some loyalty discount points for future purchases.
But on the other site good product presentation and description are probably more important than customers ratings.
So I would't be worried about few ratings so much. ))
I wonder if majority of the buyers are aware about ratings at all? I sometimes see the models that has multiple negative ratings, where customers complains about the same issues again and again. Sometimes i think that the only ones who cares about ratings, are the sellers themselves :]
