Model download feed is not updated

For free models, there has never been a data set that records the identities of the people downloading the model. Sorry!

I remember I could see who downloaded my model even when I offered free models. At the moment, I can't see who downloaded my models while I can see there are several downloads and sales this month on the monthly summary page. So, there could be a glitch maybe. I already reported this issue to the support team. They will help us for sure.

Yeh same here I used to be able to see the stats for the download of free models but it doesn't update now!!

Cgtrader support are aware about this issue for at least a month already. The fact that they don't fix it, tells that either the issue is much more serious than it seems, or they don't care about this. There have been many useful perfectly working features that have been killed silently without any explanation over the years. Download statistics may be one of them.

I have to admit that it is very sad that this function does not work. By the way, I would like to note that at some point it worked, but after a moment it stopped working again

I confirm, latest download dates back to August, but sales was in September
