Hello everyone,
In general when i contact cgtrader support by mail i get after a few seconds a message to tell me that my request was received and they will back to me, but now i'm not receiving it ! and as soon as i update a model the preview image is no more visible in the search results and there is in place of it the box icon ! that happened to me before but maximum after 24 hours it will be fixed but not the case now !
Does anyone else had this issue ?
