cgtrader sold a model of mine that was suspended a long time ago. But i didn´t got the money

Guys, something happened today that really upset me with CGtrader. A while ago, CGtrader suspended the sale of one of my models due to copyright issues. The model doesn't even appear as suspended on my list. It simply doesn't appear; it was deleted from my dashboard. This has been going on for at least six years. However, today when I checked the sales list in the download tab, the Cthulu model appears as sold for $30 to a user. But I never received this money, and the model no longer appears on my model list. I even took a screenshot to attach as evidence, but unfortunately I now see that I can't. The product code is 966901, and it doesn't appear for me, not even in the cgtrader search. However, it was sold to a user named "dna20717." Now I just have to send it to support and ask how long they've been selling my suspended models and not paying me. I believe a system error revealed the evidence.

- Submit a support request via the CGTrader Help Center.
- Include your registered email address.
- Provide the purchase order ID, model code (966901), and details of the sale.
- Mention that the model is no longer visible in your dashboard.
- Explain that the model was sold without your knowledge, and you have a screenshot as proof.
- Request the sales log data and transaction details related to the sale to "dna20717."
- Ask for clarification on how long CGTrader has been selling your models without paying.
- Include any relevant transaction details or screenshots.

Yes, i did that!! Now i´m waiting the answer of Cgtrader, probably they will say that it is a system issue. And not was sold.

Hey everyone, I just clarified what happened to the user who purchased it. He told me he had purchased it years ago, so I'm assuming the database is still active for users who purchased before the model was banned due to copyright issues. I'm waiting for a response from support, but I think this is indeed the reason. Thank you, and I apologize to Cgtrader for the accusation.
Please let us know what is cgtrader support response to this. It doesn't sounds good if years old records randomly reappears in sales stats.

To clarify, the downloads section you mentioned reflects whenever a user downloads a file, not when a new sale occurs. In this specific case, the user dna20717 originally purchased your Cthulu model back on 2019-08-11.
Although the listing itself has been removed and isn’t visible in your dashboard or on CGTrader’s public pages, we do retain the files temporarily for deleted products. This allows customers who previously purchased the model to access their files, even after the product is no longer for sale. No new sales have been made for the model since its suspension.
