You need to directly contact support for that.
however, the contract does not automatically expire, you have to contact cgtrader in advance to terminate the agreement.

these two lines are included in the information that is given when signing up.
1. The Seller shall have no right to terminate the agreement before the end of the agreed period of 12 month.
2. The Seller must inform CGTrader at least 6 months before terminating the agreement

How can I find out when my 12-month period expires?

if the problem is that you can not delete your models, that is most likely because you wanted to uses the analytics tool that allows you to use keywords to analyse the market place.
in order to use this, you agreed to the "CGTrader Analytics Terms of Service", and by doing so you willingly gave up your right to delete models for a period of minimally 12 months.
