The core parts are 32 identical segments, add a induction coil, connect as usual.Perhaps make the parts from these dimensions in Copper or Aluminum for extreme magnetic insulation.The inside of the segment has a negative space, a perfect torus incorporated into the design, to accelerate a metal ball, for some reason.3D printable, 15 cm diameter, pretty compact, strong because of the inner and outer holder ring, and stable feet below, and it looks nice.Perhaps you have a toroidal translucent cylinder ring lying around somewhere, so you can fit it inside the completed print and see the matching diameter metal ball spin around.
