Turn to Tilt - Concept.
By turning the center ring, we could change the inclination angle of all 3 outer rings at the same time. The center red top ring is connected to a small [symbolic] central gear, and is in turn connected to the blue bottom ring, counter spinning it. The effect could be limited by placing brackets so that it cant turn further than a certain angle, or just too far.
There would even be space to place a few batteries inside as well, and we could motorize the inclination angle change by using a small motor attached to one of the rings. or attach the motor to the top or bottom of the central shaft, and in turn the shaft to the red or blue ring. Now you can just turn the central shaft to engage all inclination angles. Each outer holder has it's own central shaft and holder, and there is also a inner shaft between the central holder and the outer holders, to allow them to freely turn to and from independently from each other.
Bearings could be placed inside the outer shafts to smoothen out rotation, allow for smoother angle changes. it's supposed to be like a inverted swash plate of some sorts.
