DESCRIPTION

Quad Composite Inverted Rotor - Portable Solid State Tokamak - Concept.

Multi parts printable on demand as needed, scalable up, down, flattened etc.45 degree twist as is, but can also do a 90+ degree twist to get flatter angles, a softer more silent rotor. Adding more inverted blades might also soften the output sound a lot more. The blades walls could get added properties like aero spikes, golf ball dimples, or adding soft dampening padding material etc. For further dampening the sound, perhaps making it extremely low noise.

The inverted blades in negative space might result in a light, perhaps shaft or rim driven rotor, if you have the ability to print in copper and aluminum you are golden. The copper parts can act like a copper ring or coil like in a normal motor. The aluminum makes the rotor very light, as we removed all rest material from a form to gain the final functional form. if we cut it out of Perspex we might be able to light up the rotor with nice rgb lights or whatever, would look great, like a spinning wheel of fire. Turn turn turn... my wheel of fire... my wheel of fire....

included normal size, cylindrical and thruster type exports and inductor coil sizes. Included the Thorus quarter forms exports, perhaps for pumping around a ferro magnetic fluid or gas through induction. included original 3dsmax drawings for further modification and or experimentation.

if we go full Thorus Mode, we might be able to pump around a [cooling] [Neon] or [ultralight] gas or a [ferro] fluid through electric induction elegantly, with a nice twist, forcing motion radially through the entire Torus form. And if we don't spin the content through induction inside, we could always spin the entire copper outside in its entirety like a radial motor, for some reasons. and if we do, we also spin the inside of course.

*interesting to see if we put a firing cap on it, and filled it with some powder. amazing form, if the gun powder is forced into the hollow twisted [metal] shape, the explosive forces during launch from a barrel will also follow the helical form, and probably turn it, spin mid air very stable. Like a jet engine during flight, a stable spinning bullet/Slug. Or, a combination of gunpowder, and electro magnetically fired projectile. if the slug itself was metal filled with gun powder, and electromagnetically stimulated upon firing same time, two system, one Jet bullet.

Could cap the copper inner walls, pull a vacuum inside the Thorus or it's separate quarter segments, and insert a Anode & Cathode front and back, just for funzies.. I could not resist going full Tokamak steelo. Burn burn burn burn... my ring of fire..... my ring of fire.... Perhaps print the Tokamak form from a single aluminum block for enormous strength, also trapping the magnetic field inside its containing aluminum walls, in this case the copper induction coils should be wound around the copper parts directly to influence the inner copper. The actual modelled size is a tabletop size Tokamak, about 15 cm's in diameter, all parts combined in a setup. If the copper parts and the aluminum parts where all made as one continuous part out of a single material in a single print, there would be no seems between any segments, extreme strength in solidity, only two final solid parts, their dna working together like twins.

A true Portable Solid State Tokamak Design, if you will.

Because the copper segments are all electrically separate from each other, no touchy, we can change polarity on real world locations and directions. if one charged the top or inner vanes positive, and the bottom vanes or outer vanes negatively, we get a spin, and counter spin. The slight twist is just for looks but could also function as a similar yet slightly different between electric and magnetic paths, smaller angles, closer rotation, a male and female half of the Thorus system. Charge top and bottom positive and negative, or inside and outside, to create a CW and CCW spin going in one entire toroid. we can charge each quarter segment from the torus ring in a timed manner, like phases of a motor, in order to Create Spin in a Toroidal AND Poloidal manner. *Added Simple Stands or Holders.

One small Tokamak for man, one giant leap for plasma science..
