what happens to the money made if account is suspended ?

Discussion started by zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I opened account with cgtrader in July, I made some sales in that month and I received their payment in 20 August, which is quite normal. After that I publish some models on sales that were free to download on internet more accurately stolen models (I am very ashamed of doing however none of those stolen models were sold in entire period of time). So further my account was suspended on about 27 August which is okay for me as it should have happened.

But here come an issue the royalty send by on 20 August was undisputed but because my Paypal account at that time having limitation on it, Paypal said that the fund received on 20 August will be automatically send back to sender because it was received before limitations were lifted.

As that month payment was undisputed and I wasn’t having any stolen models while that period. So are there any chances that cgtrader will resend me that money. I have made few sales in August month too, none of those sales were having stolen models but still I am ok if they are not paid. But July royalty was already paid to me and it was undisputed I think at least it should be resend to me.

i just looked into the terms and conditions

https://www.cgtrader.com/pages/terms-and-conditions

25.6. CGTrader reserves the right to withhold payments in the following cases:
- there is violation of Site policies that must be reconciled before any payment is made.

it says payments (plural) and it does not state that earlier payments are exempted from this rule.
so i am afraid that they have no obligation to resend it.

I just don't understand those peoples altough i'm trying really hard to understand them, they put stolen models on sale, other people hard work (of course because they are smart and they don't wont to waist their time on learning and modeling because that is the job for honest idiots) to be exact and they get banned, after that one by one comes here on the forum to complain how cgt "steals" their money that they earned by selling stolen models in the first place. So it's ok to take other peoples hard work and put that on sale, but its not ok when someone else take money from them (that they earn by selling stolen models) like they take other peoples hard work. Anyone who puts even a single stolen model on sale here is the person who's intend is to make a profit by selling stolen models. End of story.

Frustration? The ones who are frustrated are the peoples who tries to sell stolen models here. This topic explain that at its best ,no need to waist more words.

I love reading how frustrated thieves make themselves look like clowns. Good stories for serious and honest hard working idiots to have some good laughs. :D

I can understand why sell models downloaded for free from internet. But few time ago someone said (maybe that's lie) he uploaded free models from internet also for free. Just interesting why? I mean I can understand what he expected by trying to sell them but what is the point to publish them for free?

I suppose one reason may be that they want to pretend that they can make such models to be able to get freelance jobs. Or just brag.. to attract customers.
