Answering the initial question, the automatic answer and the ticket number work fine for me, but technical support is very busy cleaning, there is a lot to clean.
I agree with @PhantomDesign and @trimitek, thieves and opportunists are not welcome here (at least by users). Not all models that do not have screenshots of the mesh are stolen, nor are all models that are authentic. If TS quickly deleted his scene and banned his account, that shows me that there were reasons to do so, because TS is characterized by taking these measures, only when it is sufficiently proven and with the claim of the original author. I am sure that TS will not allow you to open an account again, neither with those, nor with other models.
The fact that after the expulsion he has slightly modified the scene, (for the worse, not to improve it), and has tried his luck here, also shows me that the original scene was not his own. Be honest and acknowledge it. You made your scene with other people's models and then you have modified the scene, (now it has much less detail), but it is still based on models that do not belong to you, although you have modified the mesh, the models are practically identical and have a large part from the original scene, he will also reuse other elements such as materials, textures ... I hope CGT does the right thing, because being tolerant in these situations is very bad for his reputation, (if the community has already laughed at TS, imagine what they will think CGT) and this is one step away from becoming a pirate paradise.
