Payout problem

Hello, I live in Turkey. I had selected Payoneer as my payment method. Payoneer had sent me an email stating that my account was linked with CGTrader, but it doesn't seem to appear that way on your side. In the payment agreement section, it says, 'Payout problem: Connect Payoneer and submit agreement for review.' Could we possibly resolve this issue?

I live in Turkiye as well. I have the same problem over a month and CGTrader Help Center deleting(yes deleting not closing) my support ticket without solving it.
I have never seen any company doing this!
