Same thing- can not send reply to my 3 d Artist who is on active project
literally cant send messaged to anyone who has an active or finished project. this is really annoying because i cant respond when they ask me anything about the project. the ai is no help. the emails don't work. i have an email that's been un-responeded to for up to two weeks with no answer at all. can someone help? why does it feel like my account is getting targeted? and why is there no urgency to fix my support request?

They must understand that each project may require tons of messages, because client may tell to change something.
Sorry for your problem, but there is nothing that other designers can do. We have no administration rights. You'll just have to wait and send another email. I know...it's frustrating.
You are not alone, they probably did it to briefly stop the scamming messages until they find a solution, it's horrible I know but they should be transparent about these things and send warning that they disabled it for the time being.
