Can't upload models for 2 weeks now

For 2 weeks now I can't upload new models. Every time I go to upload product -> 3d model I get the "this is awkward...something went wrong with the side request" error screen. Don't know why but it would be cool if this could be fixed.

Hi, getting this error to pop up as well when trying to request an API key

thx, its working again now.
The reason I waited two weeks is that I uploaded some large file models via ftp a month ago. I thought those models are being imported to my account and therefore I couldn't upload simultaneously.
That being said - when will those models be added to my account?

There was no need to wait two weeks - next time, if anything like that occurs, let me or our support know about the situation :)
Everyone is in the sleep mode at the moment, but I'll take a look at it tomorrow morning!
Will let you know once it's fixed.
