So, i got a CGtrader account about a month ago and uploaded a spaceship attack scene, but now it is not listed in my products, and i can't find it. I also don't know if CGtrader removed it because i did not receive an email or anything.
What up with this?
Maybe can be an error of CGTrader site, is happened at other few users but you can just wait a little of time and your product should reappear, you can even contact directly CGTrader staff with the chat in the left end of the page where there is wrote "leave a message". hope i helped you
I just checked my pages and I'm missing models too - Roman Dome, Patio Fire Pit, Lion Door Knocker, Boardroom Table and Chairs , Antique Fireplace, English Garden Masonry, Medieval Door & Window Kit, The inventory says I have 22 and only 15 are showing up in the Product List and on the Designer Page.
I've also noticed that the 'Rep this Week' number isn't tallying and overall the site is slow to load. Admin mentioned that they would be doing some site revisions. The process might not be running as smoothly as would be ideal.
