@baxdoor I think you need to contact support and wait for them to reply. The strange thing is that we are not sure how you sold models without any previews or descriptions and there's no information about the models at all. That isn't the way things work, so everyone is wondering how it is possible. How do you have sales and reviews on models that don't contain any information and have only been uploaded a few days ago?
