User Arslan-khan stole and reselling my model

The user Arslan-khan https://www.cgtrader.com/Arslan-khan stole my customizable soldier and is reselling it much cheaper on cgtrader.
Stole model: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/character/man/customizable-soldiers-pack-incl-weapons
This is my (the original) model: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/military/character/customizable-soldier
How can this happen? Nobody in cgtrader controls these things. Anyone can steal and sell the assets of another user.
They are stealing my money and my work.
Nobody in cgtrader is going to answer me? Nobody will take care of this? How much do I have to wait?
