There are unfortunately lots of these accounts; some don't even bother to remove the "Squir" or "Humster" license plates.
There are also tons of game models being sold here.
My guess is that CGT only react when/if the original creator files a copyright claim with them, and I assume those creators don't always want to spend time doing so.
