Hello everyone, ive owned the subscription pass for a few months now, but recently i have not been able to download most subscription models. this month is paid and i still have 17 remaining downloads, with many of these models when i try to download them it will only show "cgtrader premium" and not the regular download button, this has happened for a few days, halting development on my game. does anyone know?
