struggling to find the right price

Discussion started by hansson

Hi there,

i am currious as to priceing and if i am too expensive?

https://www.cgtrader.com/hansson

I am however planning to also do collections at a reduced combined price.

I am new to selling 3d assets and currious about any other comments you might have about my offering.

thanks in advance for your input

regards

Hansson

Hi Lemonade,
thanks for the advice. Screens with unwrapped UVs is a good hint (i forgot about that).
I am new to selling 3d assests (not to doing 3d ...) and i decided to go with cgtrader as i liked the community approach.
Today and tomorrow i want to finalise a special wood object for the PBR challenge: maybe a set of chairs or a room divider that i am working on... Not sure yet.

thanks again for the answer

Nobody will tell you if your prices too high. You will be noticed only if your prices will be too low :]
Generally i find your prices to be about normal, and meshes looks good, but mapping on some of your models looks very strange. I don't know if that artistic decision, but in that case you should include screens showing unwrapped UVs, otherwise it looks like bad job.
