Are you serious? :D

For such offers for a thief, you should be banned with him.

Im confused by the question(s) here.
1. You assume the model is stolen
2. If it is stolen - you want it free?

Did you contact the artist or support? Why come here and accuse someone first without speaking with the author?

If you are using stolen assets in your game, knowingly or unknowingly then you are already on a bad path which will come back to bite you. Its hard to entirely understand from your very limited wording but that's what I understand from this. Correct me if I'm wrong please.

No I gonna use it for some designs , scenes , even If I make a game I will say that this is related to Pubg for example Secondly The model is ripped from Pubg mobile but It should be free If it is related to another one Thirdly I told him that he is selling a 3d model he didn't make How can a ripped 3d model is be stolen if it is free ??? There are toooo many 3D models ripped from games for free

CoderXTech you are highly misinformed on all 3 of your points. I suggest you do some research on copyright. I also suggest you contact the artist before accusing them of stealing anything. If you dont get a response then you can always contact support.

Buhhh! But I think pubg allows that for its game there are too many 3D scenes and animation on youtube with high view why tencent which developes pubg is not making anything with them

It doesn’t matter where the model comes from and whether you distribute it paid or free. If the author of this model is not you, you are a thief. There are no other options. There is no need to write anywhere, this situation will be investigated by Support Team.

Every commercial game has a terms and service agreement. It mentions quite clearly on their page about their copyright protection. https://pubg.com/en/clause/term_of_service . Just because you see fan art or whatever you want to label it in youtube or wherever else doesn't make it legal. This is like saying "everyone else was breaking into the apple shop and stealing iphones so I guess I can too".

If he extracts this model from the game files and sells it, there is a problem. But I don't think so. The artist modeled the game using the reference. I don't know if this is a copyright violation. But I would like to touch upon another issue. Please make the wireframe render image mandatory when posting Cgtradera model images.

Why make life difficult for designers? Wireframe images for 3D printed models aren't needed. Require them for scanned models also not point. In fighting against thieves this will not help.

I completely agree with zarahorizon0, wireframes should be mandatory and rule breakers should be risking to have their models removed until proper and clear wireframe images will be provided. Of course there are certain assets for which wireframes does not make much sense, or even are not possible to obtain in principle, but this is technical question, which should be relatively easy to solve in the publisher. And it's not about fighting the thieves, but rather about giving enough information to the customer before he make decision to part with his cash.

jaguarbeastproduction 1. This is not just a marketplace that sells print files. 2. You cannot prevent thieves, but there are renderings taken with AI. You model a box in Sketchup and AI Render renders it as if it were a house. The customer buys the model and what he sees is just a box. Then more burden on the support team. Soon these scammers will start to appear. 3. When the customer sees the wireframe, he can understand whether the seller is a professional or an amateur. Because models with beautiful wireframes are of higher quality.

Regarding "I don't think so" you are wrong. Requiring a wireframe for VDM brushes (for example) would be a very stupid and absurd decision. The same applies to STL, jewelry and CAD models, etc. Topology of a particular type (and therefore require wireframe images) is important only for models with animation. Everything else is a matter of taste. Mesh doesn't have to be perfect, correctly baked normals/textures are enough.

Selling models ripped from games is illegal. Requesting such models for free is equally illegal, especially on stock marketplace's forum.

the idea is not selling or anystuff the idea is that this ripped 3d model can be used by anyone for some scenes (fan art) with respect to owner So If I like a skin in pubg mobile - I can make some rigging and animation and give some creativity just fan art

@CoderXTech: Who is *the owner* of the model you want to use? If you have respect to The Owner, then you probably know who is this. If you know who is The Owner and you have respect to The Owner, why don't you contact The Owner and ask him to allow you to use his model? Why would you use ripped model if you can get it for free from The Owner?

Bcz I don't see any reaction from PUBG who has these models it doesn't do anything with yt channels that do ripping or facebook or any account on any 3d marketplace I feel that PUBG doesn't care about that

Why do you talk by this way Firstly I joined to this website since 2023-2 and did some models but not good quality secondly I found that model while I was surfing 3D models related to pubg here, so I interested in it

CoderXTech, you need to realize that all this ripping stuff is illegal. It might be ok to talk about it in modding community and game devs might turn blind eye on this for their own reasons. That's fine, but here in stock models marketplace this topic is much more sensitive for (hopefully) obvious reasons and if you didn't understand this till now, please do everyone and yourself a favor and shut the fuck up. The thief has been kicked out, there's no place for models ripped from games, paid or free. End of story.
