Seems like someone bought all my models, but not receiving the money

Hi,
Couple of weeks ago I received tons of emails that showed that someone had purchased all my recent models, like literally all of them.

So I am seeing the matching balance in my earnings but I am not being able to see those sales in the sales history.
Also I have not received the earnings.

I wonder was this some kind of hacking thing or a mistake in CGTrader part?
