Hello, my question is:
1.When someone ask for refund, who give back the money? The Seller (The one that posted the model) or the CGtrader team?
I read some threads about refund, and I guess it's CGtrader the one who gives back the money (Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just guessing), that's understable since the money that the Seller earned is gave on the 20th of the next month.
But what if the Buyer bought the model on a few days before 20th of a month (Let's assume, 18th of that month) but he wants a refund on 22th of that month (Since you can ask for refund within 7 days), but I already have all the money I earned in my bank after 20th. So again, who give back the money if this happen?
I don't know if what I stated above is correct, if not please tell me how it works.

Thank you for raising your concerns.
Refunds are handled from CGTrader side. It does not matter whether the refund was issued before or after the 20th day, refund amount is deducted from designer's upcoming payout amount.
