Questions about payments

Discussion started by kosdigitalzc

I just sold my first model, although I only got 2.5$ after taxes and cuts, but still it's my very first "salary", so I'm wondering what's next, I am using Paypal, so is there a limit for when I can receive the payments, does it have to be for example 10$ or will I get the 2.5$ on the 20.th of the month as well?

I live in east Europe and I think that Paypal has a 10$ and I think there's an (additional?) fee of 5$ for my country, so I'll not be able to withdraw anything in real life from Paypal until I get at least some 20-ish dollars, although perhaps I could spend that 2.5$ dollars on something online, like Steam or something, but I suppose that there's limits for that as well.

Did you link your paypal account to your bank account ?

Yes, a Visa card, since I am from Serbia and you link it to a card instead of account, there's an additional 5$ fee or something for transferring over countries, so I guess that I need at least 15$ on my Paypal account to be able to withdraw in real life, but I'm not asking about that, but about the phase where Cgtrader sends money to Paypal, I have a Youtube channel and another income source, so I'm combining it and then withdrawing, so I'm wondering will I receive the 2.5$ I have now or will I need to make at least 10$ or something for it to get transferred to Paypal.

"...Another great thing about Payoneer is that, similar to PayPal payment option on CGTrader, we won’t have any minimum accumulated funds requirement. This means that whether you earned 2$ or $10 or $1000 in a month, you will be paid the sum the next payment period."

It should be a sticky somewhere as this is a pretty frequent question.
