Publish error in 3D model (Payment agreement related error)

I am having trouble publishing my 2nd 3d model because a prompt is saying I need to complete and verify my payment agreement. I believe I already filled that up. I haven't received any email for sign up or new account to hyperwallet (I did receive the hyperwallet token). I'm kinda lost on what to do. I hope someone can help me here! Thank you.
