The price seems right to me and I think the tactic of batching is a good idea. I also like that you have two options for the texture, that gives an added value to the model and can make it stand out.

Unfortunately, most customers are more motivated by price than quality, and that is why many modelers underestimate their work.

I think you got it right, price is ok.

Regarding providing them separately, maybe you can mention in description something like,”if you need a specific helmet out of this collection please contact me”. If someone then asks just upload that one and keep it online as a separate product (just a possibility).
