We had a little delay in terms of approvals, but that should get back to speed in no time.

Thank you, indeed they are tagged as lowpoly in searches thumbnails while not in the side details in model page and I get confused sometimes because of this. Appreciate your efforts.

Hopefully you'll sorted it out soon enough. Although i get couple models labeled, but others are still without labels or are labeled only partially. On the other hand there are models like these: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/various/various-models/dress-27 and https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/various/various-models/dress-10 i can admit that novadays low-poly concept has changed and it's not unusual to see hero models with 200K+ polygons in games, but c'mon, nearly half a million polygons for simple dress model? How it can be labeled as low-poly by CGT staff?

You're totally right, lowpoly concept should be linked to scale and complexity, and 500k polys for a dress is highpoly, as the same amount of polys for a city may be considered lowpoly.

Hi again,

Well, the moderating is an automated process for most of the models, and that's why it still has a few, ehm, donwfalls, like that - we're very much looking to upgrade this process and the inaccuracies like that will be removed.

Hmm, i'm a bit confused here, by saying that moderating is automated, did you mean moderating uploaded models overall or assigning "low-poly", "rigged" and "animated" labels to them?

Part of our team does manual moderating of the models, and the system then finds patterns and confirms if other models of the author can be confirmed as low poly, rigged, animated. However, you guys already saw what needs to be upgraded. :) assigning more manual moderating will help out the automated system clean out those hiccups with the Not-so-lowpoly models.

Do designers have to ask for each model to be tagged individually? I have some models uploaded as early as October and they still waiting for labels.

I'm sorry but now there are a few new problems. A few models that already had the lowpoly label have lost it:
1. Office building - Tecnology Park headquarters
2. Street structure - public Pavilion with insides
Besides, the Norra Tornen model have been labeled as rigged and animated ?¿ And as I said before, the lowpoly label is shown in the thumbnail but the model not appears as lowpoly approved in the details listed on the side in its page. Weird behaviors last days in the website, anyway thank you all.
