I'm from Russia sorry for my English, I often see how on the site https://vk.com give away free models that are sold on cgtrader.com . how to deal with this ?

You can file a DMCA for models of yours that have copyright infringement (Digital Millennium Copyright Act). The Russian Federation is apart of the WIPO and should be considered (World Intellectual Property Organization).
