Search for Selling tools on paypal home page {Click seller preferences (new tab will open)}

Search for (Getting paid and managing my risk) below that Block Payments (Click on update) then Allow Payments ^_^

Still do not say payments reflected on my paypal account

1Is Your Payments Agreement verified? Or If a customer buys your model in the same month you will not receive payments (I mean if he bought your model on 1 may then you have to wait for next month to receive your payments By the way..I still have this message( Your current payments cannot be processed due to following reason: Transaction has been declined by Paypal. Please contact Paypal support for more information.) in my Sales Page but I'm receiving payments
