Payment processing questions

Hi,
I have couple questions about payment processing fee. I noticed that in October processing fee has gone up by about 6% Why is that? And second question - is this fee by paypal? If so, then why every single sale has it? I don't think that 100% sales are carried through paypal.

Really? That's interesting, for me every payment processing fee after October 3rd is a little bit higher and final payment is little bit lower. I wonder if that's country/region specific thing?
I don't see any difference from different countries, us, eu, asia .. it's as I said and sometimes little higher/lower but nothing significant.
Ok, after a second look fees changed since ~October 10. but just by a little.. from a $12.6 sale it was 0.67 now it's 0.69
I can confirm. It looks like it's % related:
0.3$ +2.9% is now more like 0.3$ + 3.1%
