One Question about receiving payments

Thank you for reaching out. @Enzor_studios - The payments for sales you make in the current month are processed in the following month, meaning the payments for all sales you make in January will be processed in February.

@archamedes - it's good that you have mentioned the problem as well! Your issue will be forwarded to our accountant and the delayed payment will be made during the business days at the start of next week.

@homestudios, your information is already received and the payment will be processed on Monday.

All in all, I'm sorry to hear that there were a few problems with payments - our team is also working on making the accounting and payment processing easier to handle as it gets bigger. Thank you for voicing your concerns - they will not be left behind and will be dealt with as soon as the working week starts.

All that you sold this month you will receive until 20th of the next month. So don't worry and be patient.

I have the same problem. I finished a job on Dec. 1, 2016.
The CGtrader website stated I would be paid on the 15th of the next month (in January). In January the CGtrader website stated I would be paid on the 20th of this month, so I was expecting my payment two days ago (on the 20th of January). Now it states the 20th of next month. I shouldn't have to wait an extra month to get paid. My payment method is Paypal and the CGtrader website has all the payment information.
Please help me.

I did reenter the payment info few months back to be sure everything is correct, but not recently.
Well, if everything is ok as you say, I guess i'll just have to wait.
I just dont feel like bringing the good and expensive models yet until I can see that the payment system is fluid and working, thats my main issue. I do really like the cgtrader and would like to expand here if we can get past these setbacks.

yes I havethe same problem. I have over $260 waiting to be paid and i actually need that money for something, why have i not been paid

Yesterday was Friday, maybe you get it on Monday...
Transfers on Fridays often get transmitted on Monday...

Why admins don't write something here

didn't wanna make new thread, I have the same problem as people above. My money is bouncing "till next month" for quite some time now.
Just wanna make sure i have registered everything correctly...
