Not received any income [solved]

Good afternoon,
I sold a 3d model on 25/08/2017 and for the moment I have not received any income in my bank account.
CGtrader says it must be paid until the 20th of the following month.
Today is the 22nd. Can you say me if there is any problem? Thank you.

Seems I miscalculated! Since you made the last sale in October (the one that accumulated over $200), the payment would reach you in the following month (payments for sales you make are issued on the following month). Sorry, I wasn't clear on this :(

The payment will be issued before the 20th of October - so you'll receive the money along with everyone else :)

Hello David,
If you use bank or Wire payout method, there's a limit of $200 minimum amount collected before you can receive the payment.
You can choose Paypal or Payoneer option - both of these two don't have payout limits, due to lower payout fees (Payoneer doesn't take any payout fee at all).
