Hi, im having trouble to purchase a 3d model, it is not accepting my VAT number, but it is correct, how can i fix this?

Another thing, the contact phone number is offline, do you know why?

My VAT was correct, i dont know what i was doing wrong but anyways, i made the purchase via bank reference. Thanks
