My model doesn't show up when I search 3d characters and filter by newest

Hello I uploaded my first model to the store and it says that is published, but when I click on characters and filter by newest first - my model doesn't show up(I uploaded it on 3/19) - I even tried filtering by file type and rigged models. What am I doing incorrectly? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
