My 3d model marked pending after editing

My model's status was set to pending after making a few changes in the product. I just changed the order of the preview images and now it is not getting published!

If the words used as tags have +18 or words with erotic connotations, this can happen. I had the same situation because I used the word "hot" before. When I contacted and explained the situation, they fixed the problem.
