Money is not being transferred to new PayPal email account

Hi my name is Israel. I recently made a sale but the money did not go through my new Pay Pay account. The old account with PayPal was working but I started having issues with it since I moved from the States to Mexico.

So I created a new PayPal account with new Email and updated my information with CGTrader. However on recent sales the money is NOT showing up on new account, and I donot have access to old account.

Can you please help CGTrader?

Press on the "Help" tab on the right-hand side of your screen, and send Support a message. Eventually, someone will see this post but the Help tab might give you faster results.

Hi there,

It seems that your payment agreement has not been signed and verified.

Once you will get your payment agreement verified, collected royalties will be paid until the 20th day of the following month. For example, royalties collected over December are paid until the 20th day of January.
