I'm now having my friend in Canada make the purchase via PayPal. In the meantime, you can go to the Help page at the bottom left corner of the website to file a refund dispute — it should be resolved in about 8 hours. I'm currently trying to contact the official email address to figure out whether there's actually an issue with the payment. support@cgtrader.com is their official email — feel free to try reaching out to them about the payment method issue.
