I have purchased a model and successfully paid with Alipay, but I have never received the model order and download list

I'm now having my friend in Canada make the purchase via PayPal. In the meantime, you can go to the Help page at the bottom left corner of the website to file a refund dispute — it should be resolved in about 8 hours. I'm currently trying to contact the official email address to figure out whether there's actually an issue with the payment. support@cgtrader.com is their official email — feel free to try reaching out to them about the payment method issue.

Same here. It's been like this for about two days now — it keeps getting stuck at payment, and I have to keep reapplying for a refund.
